Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Return the item in their original packaging within 7 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. Purchases made with cash: a cash refund will be issued. Purchases made with a credit card: credit will issued to the original card.

 

 

TURNAROUND

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days, Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. ( If Pre order Product will taken 30-45 working days. )

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

 

SHIPPING RATES

Currently we are offering free shipping to West Malaysia and Singapore only for purchase more than RM100. For Sabah & Sarawak, shipping charges may apply for order less than RM500.

 

BACK ORDERS 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
